IN THE EVENT YOU EXPERIENCE A HACK ATTACK OR DATA BREACH, CALL THE 24/7 HOTLINE NUMBER (844) 677 – 4155 FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE FROM A DATA BREACH ATTORNEY OR FORENSIC EXPERT TO ASSESS THE ATTACK, REMEDIATE THE PROBLEM, AND GET YOUR BUSINESS BACK UP AND RUNNING. 

Cyber Claims Directions:

 
Step 1: Call the 24/7 CFC Underwriting Cyber Incident Response Team Hotline

Press 1 in the event of a data breach, where information has been compromised, lost, or stolen.

Press 2 for all other cyber incidents, including ransomware or funds transfer fraud.

 
Step 2: Data Breach Attorney or Forensic Expert Cyber Incident Remediation

If sensitive information has been compromised, lost or stolen, your business will be directed to correspond with a data breach attorney to help navigate the next steps to mitigate any foreign, federal, state, or private privacy regulatory investigation, fine, or penalty.

If your business has experienced ransomware, funds transfer fraud, or any other cyber incident, immediate forensic work is essential to remediate exponential damage, as both ransomware & funds transfer fraud have an average time of 48 hours before information is deleted or funds are lost.

 
Step 3: Claims Adjuster Assignment

After speaking with a data breach attorney or forensic expert, you will be assigned a claims adjuster from CFC Underwriting. The claims adjuster will work with you in order to provide a claims settlement. A settlement will be made after your business is made whole post cyber attack. Note, the severity of the cyber attack will dictate the time period to settle the claim.
