Chris has primarily focused on improving the operational capabilities of IT and cybersecurity organizations in the financial services sector. He has transformed IT organizations at multiple companies from being reactive and disgruntled to being high performing and possessing high energy. In his 19+ years in the banking industry, he has survived and thrived through the times of government regulation onslaught and the tight profit margins that threatened the sustainability of the banking industry.

Jon holds at JD from Santa Clara, Magna Cum Laude, and did his undergraduate work at University of Washington.

In addition to his role at CSI, Adam serves on the Advisory Board of Evolve MGA. Adam was a former board member of TechAssure and was the inaugural winner of the John Love Risk Innovation Award. He is a past volunteer for the VC Taskforce, a past speaker at the quarterly CFO breakfast series, a past speaker at the MicroVC Next Generation Conference and current speaker at the Private Equity CFO Conference. In his free time, Adam enjoys trips to Tahoe with his family, 49er games and the occasional round of golf.
